01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "98game" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at 98game.asia and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and services operated thereunder.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account on 98game or who accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created through the 98game registration process.
• "PKR Wallet" refers to the Pakistani Rupee-denominated account balance held within the 98game platform on behalf of the Player.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback awards, or other incentive-based allocations credited to a Player's account.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to PKR balances deposited directly by the Player via approved payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer, or card payment.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked in eligible games before it becomes withdrawable.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process requiring submission of valid Pakistani identification documents.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to or use of 98game is restricted or prohibited under these Terms or applicable law.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 98game Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the 98game Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and 98game.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. Continued use following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

03 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open a 98game account, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by or on behalf of any person under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
2. You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited under local law applicable to you personally.
3. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 98game or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processors.
4. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order imposed by 98game or any affiliated gaming operator.
5. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. 98game reserves the right to verify any information provided and to suspend accounts where discrepancies are identified.
6. Each player is permitted one account only. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether discovered at registration or at any later point — will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

98game reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons. Account registration does not confer any proprietary rights over the account; the account remains the property of 98game at all times and is licensed to the Player for personal use only.

04 Identity Verification (KYC)

98game operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with international anti-money laundering standards. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any time during a Player's use of the Platform.

The standard KYC documentation required includes:

• A clear, legible copy of your valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), showing both front and back.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account screen showing the registered mobile number).
• Proof of address where requested, which may include a recent utility bill, bank statement, or other government-issued document dated within the last three months.

98game reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion, including source-of-funds declarations for high-value transactions. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality and, in cases of extended non-compliance, account closure.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 98game are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform does not charge deposit fees on standard transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 98game accepts no responsibility.

Deposits: The minimum deposit is Rs 500. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your PKR Wallet within seconds of confirmation. Bank IBFT transfers from HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, MCB, and other major Pakistani banks are credited within one business day. Visa and Mastercard deposits are subject to standard card processing timelines.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed only to verified payment methods and only after the Player has completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of standard processing windows may be subject to additional processing time. 98game reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend the processing period.

Withdrawal Conditions: Players must have wagered their deposit amount at least once before a withdrawal may be processed. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as described in Section 6. 98game reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or Terms violation is suspected.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

98game offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of issue. The following general bonus conditions apply across all 98game promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, made the qualifying deposit within the promotional period.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met using Real Money Funds first. Bonus Funds are consumed only after Real Money Funds have been fully wagered, unless the specific offer states otherwise.
• Games contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are stated in individual offer terms.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• 98game reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice.
• Abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting offer mechanics, or placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming sessions on 98game are subject to the rules applicable to each specific product. These include, but are not limited to, minimum and maximum stake limits, game-specific payout rules, and sports betting settlement procedures. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game or betting market before placing a wager.

Sports Betting: All sports bets — including PSL cricket, international Test and ODI cricket, UFC, and football — are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event. In-play bets are settled on the state of play at the time the bet is confirmed by the 98game system. 98game reserves the right to void any bet where a pricing error or system fault has occurred.

Casino Games: All slot and table game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the expected long-term statistical return and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by trained professional dealers in a real studio environment and are recorded for regulatory and dispute resolution purposes.

Void Bets: 98game reserves the right to void any wager placed as a result of a system error, incorrect odds display, or technical fault. Voided bets will have the stake returned to the player's PKR Wallet.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 98game Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of software errors will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Placing bets with the primary intention of exploiting bonus offers rather than for genuine recreational gaming purposes.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your 98game account to any other person.
• Placing bets on events where you have inside information not available to the general public.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with Platform staff.

09 Responsible Gaming

98game is firmly committed to responsible gambling. The Platform recognises that while the majority of players enjoy gaming as a recreational activity, a minority may develop patterns of play that are harmful to their financial wellbeing or personal health. 98game takes this responsibility seriously and has built protective tools directly into the player account system.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 98game players at no cost and without restriction:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session duration limits after which they will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to six months.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once applied, cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

98game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably suspects or identifies any of the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Registration or use of the Platform by a person under 21 years of age.
• Provision of false or misleading information at any point.
• Operation of duplicate accounts.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers.
• Use of automated tools or exploits.
• Access from a prohibited jurisdiction.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, 98game reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance held in the account. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method following completion of KYC checks.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any pending withdrawal requests will be completed before the account is formally closed.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

98game collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes registration information, transaction history, game activity logs, device and IP address data, and any documents submitted for KYC purposes. This data is used for account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement purposes.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the 98game Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, user interface design, and database architecture — is the intellectual property of 98game or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content or technology.

Any unauthorised use of 98game intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 98game, its directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Platform.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical faults, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service failures.
• Any financial loss arising from a Player's own gambling decisions, including losses resulting from reliance on game strategies or third-party advice.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to a Player's account where such access was facilitated by the Player's failure to secure their login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits 98game's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the international gaming standards under which 98game operates. In the event of a dispute between a Player and 98game, the following process applies:

1. First Contact: The Player must contact the 98game support team at [email protected] and allow a reasonable period — not less than ten business days — for the matter to be investigated and resolved.
2. Escalation: If the matter is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction following first contact, the Player may escalate the dispute in writing, providing all relevant account information and a clear description of the complaint.
3. Final Decision: 98game will issue a formal written response to any escalated dispute within 28 days of receipt of the escalation. The decision of 98game on matters of Platform policy, game outcomes, and bonus eligibility shall be final and binding.

98game makes no warranty that the Platform is lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure that their use of 98game complies with all laws applicable to them in their place of residence.

15 Amendments to These Terms

98game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The effective date displayed at the top of this page will be updated whenever changes are made. It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms in full.

Where a Player does not accept an amendment to the Terms, they must cease using the Platform immediately and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 10.
